Starter Sets

1. Log into your account at https://vove.co/account/login
2. Scroll to the subscription you want to change
3. To skip: click Skip and choose full skip, half skip or gift to a friend
4. To pause: click More… then Pause

Go to your account page and select the order you’d like to track. You’ll see the order number next to each shipped item and get an email with tracking details. Allow up to 24 hours for updates after shipment.

Orders placed before 12:00 CET (Monday to Friday) ship the same day. Orders placed after 12:00 CET or on weekends ship the next business day. You’ll receive tracking details by email once your carrier picks it up.

We use as little packaging as possible. Brushes ship without packaging. Sponges and similar items come in a small recycled kraft wrap.
