Vove International ApS respects human rights and is committed to upholding them across our operations and our value chain. This commitment is public and applies to everyone our business affects — our worker(s), our suppliers and their workers, our customers, and the communities touched by our operations and supply chain.
Our commitment
We commit to respect human rights and, specifically, to each of the following internationally recognised frameworks:
- The UN Guiding Principles on Business and Human Rights (UNGPs).
- The International Bill of Human Rights, including the Universal Declaration of Human Rights.
- The International Labour Organization (ILO) Declaration on Fundamental Principles and Rights at Work — freedom of association and collective bargaining, the elimination of forced or compulsory labour, the abolition of child labour, the elimination of discrimination in employment, and a safe and healthy working environment.
How we put it into practice
- We expect our suppliers to uphold these same standards through our Supplier Code of Conduct, and we consider human rights impacts in our procurement decisions.
- Anyone can raise a human rights concern through our grievance procedure at vove.co/pages/grievance or by email to hello@vove.co. We prohibit retaliation against anyone who raises a concern in good faith.
- Where we identify that we have caused or contributed to an adverse human rights impact, we will seek to provide for, or cooperate in, its remediation.
Accountability
Accountability for this commitment rests with the Direktion of Vove International ApS — the company's highest governing body. This commitment is reviewed at least once a year.
