TL;DR: Fast, Reliable Shipping

We ship from UK, NL and a US fulfilment partner. Delivery aims: 2–4 business days in UK/EU/US. You’ll receive a tracking number once your order ships.

1. Shipping Regions & Carriers

• UK: Royal Mail, DPD and other local carriers
• EU: PostNL, GLS and local partners
• US: USPS, UPS, FedEx and regional couriers

2. Delivery Times

• Orders placed by 12:00 Copenhagen time dispatch same business day (next business day if later).
• UK/EU: 2–4 business days
• US: 2–4 business days
• Remote or rural areas may take up to 7 business days

3. Tracking & Notifications

• We email your tracking number once the order ships.
• Use the link in that email to monitor delivery status.

4. Duties, Taxes & Customs

All duties, VAT and import taxes are included in our prices for UK, EU and US orders. For shipments outside these regions, additional customs charges may apply and are the recipient’s responsibility.

5. Delays & Issues

• If your parcel hasn’t arrived within 7 business days (UK/EU) or 10 business days (US), email hello@vove.co.
• We’re not liable for carrier delays, but we’ll assist in locating your parcel.
