TL;DR: The Pocket-Sized Overview of Our Shipping & Returns

We ship from the UK and NL for Europe, and via our US fulfilment partner for US orders. Delivery aims: 2–4 business days in UK/EU and 2–4 business days in US. You have 30 days to return unused items for a refund; you pay return shipping unless the item is faulty or incorrect—in which case we cover it. A 5 % restocking fee applies to all returns of unused items. Details below.

1. Shipping

  • UK: multiple carriers (e.g. Royal Mail, DPD), 2–4 business days
  • EU: multiple carriers (e.g. PostNL, GLS), 2–4 business days
  • US: multiple carriers (e.g. USPS, UPS, FedEx), 2–4 business days

Orders placed by 12:00 Copenhagen time dispatch the same business day; later orders ship next business day. If you haven’t received your parcel after 10 business days (UK/EU) or 14 business days (US), email hello@vove.co.

2. Right of Withdrawal (EU & UK Consumers)

Under EU and UK law you may cancel any online purchase within 14 days of receiving your goods. To exercise this right:

  1. Email hello@vove.co within 14 days of receipt.
  2. Return the goods within 14 days of your notification.
  3. Return shipping is at your cost unless the goods are faulty, damaged or incorrect.
  4. A 5 % restocking fee applies to the refunded amount for unused items.

3. Returns & Exchanges (All Regions)

Unused Items

Return any unused product in its original packaging within 30 days of delivery for a refund, minus a 5 % restocking fee. You cover return postage.

Faulty, Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a faulty, damaged or incorrect item:

  1. Email hello@vove.co within 30 days of delivery.
  2. Keep all packaging and evidence of the issue.
  3. We will arrange a replacement or refund at no cost to you, including return shipping.

4. Refunds

  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 14 days of receiving the returned goods.
  • For unused items, the refunded amount equals the purchase price minus a 5 % restocking fee and your return shipping cost.
  • Faulty, damaged or incorrect returns incur no restocking fee.
  • If we don’t receive the goods within the specified time, your refund may be delayed or declined.

To start a return, email hello@vove.co for authorisation and packing instructions. We will then provide the correct return address based on your location.
