Our position
Vove International ApS is not currently engaged in lobbying, and makes no financial or in-kind political contributions. We publish this policy to declare that position and to set out the responsible approach we will follow if we engage in any advocacy or lobbying in the future.
Our approach to responsible lobbying
- Positive impact only — we will lobby only where it contributes to a positive impact on society or the environment.
- Evidence-based — any position we take will be based on reliable or scientific data.
- Political contributions — we make no financial or in-kind political contributions, and do not fund political parties, candidates, or campaigns.
- Anti-corruption and bribery — we have zero tolerance for corruption and bribery and comply with applicable Danish and EU law.
- Intermediaries — where we participate in industry associations or engage intermediaries, we expect them to act consistently with this policy, and will withdraw support where they do not.
- Review — this policy is reviewed and approved by our Direktion at least once a year.
Governance and raising concerns
The Direktion of Vove International ApS is accountable for this policy. Any advocacy or lobbying activity requires the Direktion's prior approval. Anyone can raise a concern about our business conduct or lobbying practices through our grievance procedure at vove.co/pages/grievance or by email to hello@vove.co.
