How do I pause, delay or skip my order?
- Log into your account at https://vove.co/account/login
- Scroll to the subscription you want to change
- To skip: click Skip and choose full skip, half skip or gift to a friend
- To pause: click More… then Pause
My orders are coming too often. How can I change the frequency?
- Log into your account at https://vove.co/account/login
- Scroll to your subscription and click More… then Edit frequency
- Choose how often you’d like to receive it from the dropdown
- Select your next order date on the calendar
I’m going away and want to pause my orders. What do I do?
- Log into your account at https://vove.co/account/login
- Scroll to the subscription you want to change
- To set a return date: click Next order date (under More… on mobile) and pick your date
- To pause without a return date: click More… then Pause
Do I get a reminder before my order ships?
Yes. You’ll receive an email 2-3 days before payment and shipment. To get text alerts, add your phone number:
- Log into your account at https://vove.co/account/login
- Under Shipping & billing, click Edit next to your address
- Click Edit contact info and add your number
I want different products on different schedules. How do I split my subscription?
- Log into your account at https://vove.co/account/login
- Scroll to your subscription and click More… then Split subscription
- Select the products you want on a separate schedule and confirm

It says I don’t have an account when I try to log in. How can I fix this?
- Go to https://vove.co/account/login and click Create an account
- Use the same email you used for your subscription

How do I update my address?
- Log into your account at https://vove.co/account/login
- Scroll to your subscription and click Edit next to the shipping address
- Enter your new address and click Save
How do I update my card details?
- Log into your account at https://vove.co/account/login
- Click Edit next to Billing
- Choose an existing card or click Add New Payment Method
- Enter your new card details and click Next
How do I reset my password?
Click Forgot password on the login page and follow the prompts
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay and PayPal
Order & shipping
Track your order’s journey from our warehouse to your door.
How can I track my order?
Go to your account page and select the order you’d like to track. You’ll see the order number next to each shipped item and get an email with tracking details. Allow up to 24 hours for updates after shipment.
When will my order ship?
Orders placed before 12:00 CET (Monday to Friday) ship the same day. Orders placed after 12:00 CET or on weekends ship the next business day. You’ll receive tracking details by email once your carrier picks it up.
Do you ship internationally?
We currently ship to the UK and US. We’re working on adding more countries soon.
Are duties and taxes included at checkout?
Yes. Shipping and taxes are calculated at checkout. Vove has no control over duties charged for international shipments. Contact your local customs office with questions.
Is there a minimum order requirement?
No. Order as much or as little as you like. Depending on your order size, shipping may be free.
Do you offer gift cards?
Yes. Search “gift cards” or check the Gift Cards category on our site.

What are your products packaged in?
We use as little packaging as possible. Brushes ship without packaging. Sponges and similar items come in a small recycled kraft wrap.
Are your products cruelty-free?
Absolutely. Vove products are 100% cruelty-free.
Can I use Vove products around pets, children or pregnant individuals?
Yes. Our formulas contain no volatile organic compounds (VOCs) and are safe for everyone.
Where are your products made?
Our products are designed in Copenhagen and made in quality-certified facilities across Europe, US and Asia.

On each product detail page, click All ingredients then click the MSDS link.

What if I want to return or exchange a product?
Email hello@vove.co with your order number in the subject line. We’ll guide you through the process.
What if I receive the wrong or damaged product?
We’re sorry. Email hello@vove.co with your order number in the subject line and a photo of how it arrived.
Can I modify or cancel my order after placing it?
Our system is mostly automated and begins processing orders immediately. You can cancel only shortly after placing it. Email hello@vove.co as soon as possible.
I bought an item in store, on Amazon or elsewhere and need support.
